Include all pertinent URLs, statement as to why the standards have not been met, your name, e-mail and full contact details.
All standards and complaints will be acknowledged, reviewed and resolved within seven working days, with the terms and conditions that decide the validity of the complaint.
After the decision has been made, the user may appeal the decision within fourty eight hours.
When the final decision is made, according to the decision itself, any infringing, illegal, abusive or otherwise inappropriate content will be removed.
